Orders for in-stock products placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Same-day shipping may not apply in the following situations:

All shipments are dispatched F.O.B. Shipping Point. Shipping methods are selected based on product size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery. Most standard orders are shipped through parcel carriers, while oversized or heavy products are delivered via freight services. Freight deliveries may require someone to be available to receive the shipment.
Additional delivery services—including residential delivery, lift-gate assistance, inside delivery, scheduled appointments, or other special handling—may incur additional charges.Shipping fees apply to eligible orders based on destination, carrier selection, and shipping requirements. Orders shipped to international locations may be subject to additional freight charges and delivery conditions.Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. Any transit damage should be reported directly to the shipping carrier for claim processing.
Eligible parcel shipments qualify for flat-rate shipping based on the order value:
Flat-rate shipping applies to qualifying small-parcel shipments weighing up to 50 lbs and excludes oversized items, freight deliveries, expedited shipping, hazardous materials, and special delivery services.
Customers may request shipment using their preferred carrier whenever applicable. Once freight has been transferred to the designated carrier, shipment tracking, freight coordination, and damage claims become the responsibility of the customer and carrier.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery. A refund may be considered after inspection, excluding original freight charges. Returned items must be unused, shipped freight prepaid, and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Global Products Corporation reserves the right to deny credits for items that are damaged, used, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale. Your responsibility may include applicable freight charges and restocking fees, provided the return includes all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, cables, and related documentation. Returns requested after 30 days from the invoice date may be reviewed at our discretion. If accepted, a 15% restocking fee may apply and credit may be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. Customers may also be responsible for return freight, insurance, and shipment tracking costs. In selected cases, return shipping labels may be provided for convenience; however, return shipping charges may still apply depending on the reason for the return. If an order has already shipped before a cancellation request is processed, any freight charges incurred remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed for custom-cut, made-to-order, customer-built, or special-order products are considered non-cancelable once confirmed. Such items are also non-returnable after purchase. Examples may include custom materials, specialized equipment, prefabricated structures, mezzanines, assembled storage products, generators, pressure washers, pumps, floor-care equipment, industrial machinery, forklifts, and other designated products.
